What was once a sleepy hamlet in the middle of nowhere has seen a sudden spurt in the realty sector.
Once upon a time farmers in Navalgarh struggled to grow something of value in their land. They usually ended up with a bumper crop of thorns and nails. Not any more. The wealthy jet setters from the big cities are quietly buying up the farmers at prices unheard of.
Overnight the farmers of this dustpan have become millionaires and have migrated to the cities with buying power they never even dared to dream off.
What has caused this phenomenon?
Everything is pretty hushed up. But small bytes of information is seeping out.
One theory lays the blame squarely on the spate to bombings in cities. The cities have become easy targets for the terrorists. Enter city, eat lunch, blow up the tiffin box!
In such a scenario only places yet to feature in the radar are safe and thus enters Navalgarh in the picture.
